OFFSHORE TOWERS

Keystone is poised to bring our next generation towers and port-side manufacturing to the offshore wind industry.

Keystone’s high speed, small footprint manufacturing facilities can be placed near project sites, while reducing how much valuable port space is occupied. Port-side production allows towers to be produced in fewer sections reducing manufacturing, installation, and O&M costs.

High speed production with a smaller manufacturing footprint

Efficient port-side production

Eliminate intermediate flanges, reducing manufacturing, installation, and O&M costs

Better fatigue and buckling performance, reducing steel usage

U.S. offshore wind power is projected to grow to 30 GW by 2030

The quickly growing offshore market will require a large buildout of manufacturing capacity. Scaling up spiral welding will allow U.S. manufacturing to leapfrog the industry, jumping straight to advanced tower manufacturing rather than building out new legacy factories.

On-Site Fabrication

Can be deployed on one month’s notice, turn out a megawatt-scale tower per day, and is cost-effective for wind farms with 15 towers or more.

Onshore Towers

Significant advantages at a lower-cost. Available for drop-ship replacement or for onshore tall towers in excess of 160m.
